Terms and Conditions
 You, the buyer, agree
to all of the statements on this page. "We" refers to Advanced Marketing Inc and
its staff. All product
information, including prices and circulations, is subject to change without notice.
No cancellation of any
order is accepted after deadline. (includes multi-week runs).
We do not guarantee
response rate on any ad placed.
Content not accepted:
900#'s, adult, occult, satanic, psychic, illegal or whatever we consider not appropriate.
Revisions to ads: We
normally contact the advertiser about changes to an ad except for minor word abbreviations.
Any published errors
must be reported promptly. Failure to promptly contact us releases us from responsibility
for errors in future issues in case of a multiple run.
Tear sheets are not
provided. All
payments are due at time of order. Refunds shall
not exceed the amount paid for the ad. (includes multi-week runs)
You understand that
we are independent of any other company including newspaper publishers and that
our policies are not necessarily the same as theirs.
If you communicate with us informally, such as sending an email when re-running an ad and have previously accepted these terms and
conditions, we will treat the original acceptance as current.
You agree to indemnify
us and hold us harmless from any lawsuits, claims and demands from any third party
that arise out of the content of your submitted advertisement.
We are committed to
settling disputes privately. If anyone insists on taking legal action the following
would apply: resolution of the dispute will be made solely by binding arbitration
, to take place in Whatcom County, and will be governed by Washington state law.
If any of these terms
or conditions are ruled void or un-enforceable, the un-enforceable terms will be
severed from the contract, and the remaining terms shall remain in effect.
The online version of
this page takes priority in case of a discrepancy.
